DESCRIPTION

• Strategic plans and diagnostics for public entities and agencies, territories, cities, and regions.
• Definition and implementation of governance and data governance models
• Digital and operational transformation of public entities and agencies

Project Management Offices (PMO) for:

• Development and tracking of technological data strategies and plans
• Process digitization.
• Operational IT governance

We are looking for

• University degree oriented toward Public Sector Consulting (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics…) and a master's degree in Engineering, PMO, digital transformation, ICT… will be valued
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in any of the following types of projects:
• Outsystems implementations and low-code implementation projects.
• Salesforce implementation, with specific experience in the Public Sector.
• Data governance and Microsoft Fabric.
• Advanced level of English
• High level of Catalan

The people who join the team will need to bring sound judgment and value to the projects; in addition to showing initiative and dynamism, a service orientation, the ability to work in a team, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

• Planes estratégicos y diagnósticos de entidades y organismos públicos, territorios, ciudades y regiones.
• Definición e implantación de modelos de gobernanza y gobierno del dato
• Transformación digital y operacional de entidades y organismos públicos

Oficinas de Proyectos (PMO) de:

• Desarrollo y seguimiento de estrategias y planes tecnológicos de datos
• Digitalización de procesos.
• Gobernanza operativa IT

Buscamos

• Titulación superior orientada a Consultoría Sector Público (Ingeniería, ADE, Economía…) y se valorará máster en Ingeniería, PMO, transformación digital, TIC…
• Experiencia mínima de 2 - 3 años en alguna de las siguientes tipologías de proyectos:
• Implantaciones con Outsystems y en proyectos de implantaciones low-code.
• Implantación con Salesforce, y experiencia específica en el Sector Público.
• De gobierno del dato y Microsoft Fabric.
• Nivel alto de inglés
• Nivel alto de catalán

Las personas que se incorporen al equipo tendrán que aportar criterio y valor a los proyectos; además de tener, iniciativa y dinamismo, vocación de servicio, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, capacidad de adaptación y buenas habilidades comunicativas.
