The selected person must have knowledge regarding data protection regulation / GDPR, ARCOPOL rights, and the consumer and user protection law for financial entities.

Additionally, a B2 level of English will be necessary, and Italian will be highly valued.

The key competencies of a Lawyer will be negotiation skills, communication, customer orientation, execution, teamwork, and resilience.

Holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.
