Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in data analysis and dashboard creation in Business Intelligence environments (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and manage priorities without constant supervision.
Skill in interpreting complex data and extracting actionable insights that add value to the business.
Proficiency in creating clear, effective, user-oriented visualizations adapted to different organizational levels.
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, among others).

The role

To expand our Business Intelligence department, we are looking to hire a Business Intelligence Technician

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that facilitate strategic decision-making across different areas of the business.
Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data by applying quality controls and continuous validation.
Execute complex queries directly on relational databases (SQL), optimizing performance and process efficiency.
Model data in a structured way, creating logical schemas that support visualization, analysis, and scalability of information.
