About the role

To expand our Business Intelligence department, we are looking to hire a Business Intelligence Technician

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that facilitate strategic decision-making across different areas of the business.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data by applying quality controls and continuous validation.
  • Execute complex queries directly on relational databases (SQL), optimizing performance and process efficiency.
  • Model data in a structured way, creating logical schemas that support visualization, analysis, and scalability of information.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis and dashboard creation in Business Intelligence environments (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and manage priorities without constant supervision.
  • Skill in interpreting complex data and extracting actionable insights that add value to the business.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, effective, user-oriented visualizations adapted to different organizational levels.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, among others).
