Requirements

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience in data consulting, Business Intelligence, or technical customer support.
Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, joins, views, and data validations).
Experience with Python (pandas) or other tools for automation and data processing.
Knowledge of ETL, dimensional models, and data management.
Experience working with CSV/TXT files, advanced Excel, and SFTP.
Conversational English
Analytical capacity, customer orientation, and autonomy to resolve technical incidents.

Nice to have

FMCG, retail, sell-out, Nielsen, or Circana.
Power BI or SSAS.
Git, REST APIs, or transfer automation tools.
French or Portuguese.

The role

Are you passionate about working with data and having a direct impact on international clients? We are looking for a professional with a technical profile and customer orientation to join a company specializing in data solutions.

In this role you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of global clients with a presence in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, helping them resolve challenges related to data management, quality, and integration.

What you'll do

Manage the daily relationship with international clients and follow up on their needs.
Resolve incidents related to data, extractions, loads, and integrations.
Maintain and optimize data ingestion and distribution processes.
Manage master data for products, stores, and categories.
Create and modify queries, views, and validations in SQL Server.
Coordinate information transfers via SFTP with clients and partners.
Analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Document processes and coordinate with IT only those developments or integrations that require specialized support.
