Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education degree: Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a consultant in BI projects or 1-2 years as a Manager or Team Leader in Business Intelligence.
Proficiency in SQL language and experience with databases (Snowflake, Sybase, SQL Server, etc.).
Knowledge of AWS environments.
Experience with reporting tools, especially Power BI.
Experience in project and backlog management with Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar, for prioritizing requirements and coordinating with the BI IT area. Valuable knowledge of Open Source tools (Python, R, etc.).
Advanced English level (C1).
Strong customer orientation.
Proactive, analytical person with good communication skills.
Lead, develop, and motivate the area's BI analyst team.

Nice to have

Knowledge of AI environments for data exploitation.
Knowledge of ETL tools.

From the support team to the general management of recruitment, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to manage BI project management in the financial layer and its team.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and financial management reports.
Ensure timely and reliable monthly reporting for the Finance and Administration Department and company management.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions: profitability by business unit, variance analysis, projections, and scenarios.
Automate manual reporting processes, reducing closing times and risk.
Prepare and present to area management the team's results and progress: status of the request backlog, ongoing projects, achievements, and improvement proposals.
Lead the functional team of analysts: prioritization, follow-up on deliverables, and professional development of the team.
Act as the functional reference for Hyperion Essbase: data quality control and errors, maintenance of structures and hierarchies, and proposal of improvements in coordination with BI IT.
