The role

At Desigual, we are preparing the 5th edition of our Young Talent Program and this year we want to continue incorporating young talents with curiosity, energy, and a desire to learn into our team.

We were born in Barcelona in 1984 and, following our recent rebranding, we continue to evolve without losing our essence: innovation, diversity, and authenticity as part of our way of doing things.

And if there is a key area for our products to reach our customers all over the world on time, with the highest quality and in the most efficient way possible, that is Supply. A department where strategy, continuous improvement, technology, and operations work hand in hand to optimize processes and build an increasingly agile, efficient, and connected supply chain.

We are looking for people with an analytical mindset, an orientation toward continuous improvement, and a desire to understand how processes work from start to finish, who want to participate in real projects with an impact on our global operations.

In this edition, we are looking for talent for two areas of the department:

What you'll do

  • Process Engineering: participate in continuous improvement projects within our logistics operations, analyzing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, measuring times, and developing solutions that bring efficiency and value to the business.

  • Omnichannel: collaborate in the management and implementation of projects related to logistics, e-commerce, and omnichannel, participating in data analysis, process improvement, stock management, and the coordination of cross-functional initiatives.

How you'll work

Expected start date: January 2027.
