Health Management Systems Manager

Experience in health insurance or the healthcare sector (minimum 5 years)

Experience in business control, project management, process mapping, financial analysis, or functional analysis.

Consulting experience is a plus.

• SQL Server and data management
• Ability to work with systems, data, and business rules
• Knowledge and experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technologies are required.

• Knowledge of reporting tools is desirable (Power BI is a plus)

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or similar fields.

Very high level of English

You will participate in the management and evolution of health business systems (coverage, nomenclature, and parameterization), ensuring their coherence and integration, and collaborating on the monitoring and improvement of economic and operational performance alongside Business Control. A cross-functional role that combines analysis, control, processes, and systems, acting as a liaison between business, operations, and technology.

• Liaison with Health Management, Business Control, Operations, and IT
• Translating business needs into functional requirements
• Implementing Generative AI solutions within management processes, as part of approved initiatives for development within the Health framework.
• Project management
• Definition and maintenance of coverage, procedures, and services
• Technical management and consistency of coverage and attributes (conditions, limits, rules...)
• Maintenance and development of business rules and authorizations.
• Parameterization and business rules
• Integration into operational systems and information
• Preparation of reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Budget monitoring and variance analysis.
• Analyzing the evolution of costs and other operational KPIs (GAM, frequency, average cost...)
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and traceability of information used in control.
• Supporting Management in preparing analyses for decision-making
• Leveraging data from various sources through the tools provided by the company
• Validation and quality control of information
• Improvement of reporting models
• Analysis and improvement of processes related to coverage, authorizations, systems, and control.
• Cross-functional work across multiple areas (IT, Operations, Commercial, Actuarial, Finance...)
