right hand to a Management team? Here, you will lead an In-house Prevention Service and the
integration of new companies into a group that never stops growing.
Grupo Solitium, a group of IT, office automation, information technology,
and print management services companies, with more than 1,300 professionals and offices throughout
Spain, and which is now part of the French group Koesio, is looking to add to its team a
Deputy Manager of Management Systems, OSH and Sustainability.
What will this position offer you?
A KEY ROLE ALONGSIDE MANAGEMENT: You will be the deputy to the Management of the
Management Systems Department and you will assume coordination when they are not present. A role
of trust from day one.
OWN RESPONSIBILITY: You will be the technical and operational manager of the Group's In-house
Prevention Service, with the autonomy to organize and decide.
CONSTANT CHALLENGES: The Group continues to integrate companies and you will lead that integration,
homogenizing the management systems of each new company.
360º VISION AND INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: In addition to OSH, you will participate in quality, audits,
environment, sustainability and compliance, and you will work in English with Koesio.

What will you have to do?
Your mission will be to support the Management of the Management Systems Department in
corporate systems, OSH and sustainability, and to assume technical and
operational responsibility for the In-house Prevention Service. Your main functions will be:

• Support Management and coordinate the department in their absence.
• Maintain and improve management systems (quality, environment, sustainability,
  compliance, information security...) alongside their managers.
• Lead the integration of new companies into the Group's systems.
• Direct the ISP (Workplace Safety and Industrial Hygiene): risk assessments,
  preventive planning and accident investigation.
• Coordinate the External Prevention Service, OSH training and participate in Health and

Safety Committees.

• Maintain preventive documentation and attend ISO 45001 audits, legal audits and
  inspections.
• Report indicators and KPIs, legal compliance and resource needs to Management.

What will make you succeed in this position?
A Master's degree in OSH with the four specialties, a high level of English and good
command of Excel and Office for reports and KPIs is essential.
We seek experience in OSH and in the management or coordination of an In-house Prevention
Service, preferably in companies with multiple sites. You will need availability for occasional travel
and a driver's license.
Experience in integrated systems and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, internal
auditing, compliance, sustainability or information security will be valued.
But, above all, we are looking for a person with judgment and firmness to defend technical
decisions, with initiative and proactivity, with a desire to contribute and propose improvements, and with
communication skills to work with different departments and positions of
responsibility.
