What you'll do

  • Managing the telephone switchboard, providing solutions to all matters that can be answered and forwarding them to the most appropriate person in the center in cases where they cannot be.
  • Reception, information, and guidance for visitors.
  • Collection, control, and distribution of correspondence, packages, and messages for the center.
  • Sending correspondence and parcels.
  • Reception of resident leave requests from family members and communication to the Nursing Coordinator, to the Assistants on the floor where the resident is staying, and to the person coordinating hotel services.
  • Opening and closing access doors at the start and end of the public opening hours, and turning off lights.
  • Registration in GCR of entries and exits of residents and visitors, as well as notifying the person in charge of their accompaniment within the center.
