Guarantee the well-being of the resident, by organizing, coordinating, and supervising the work of the team under their charge.

• Selection of nursing assistants, cleaning staff, receptionists, dining room assistants, supervision assistants, and kitchen assistants. Carrying out the selection of nursing staff in the event that this function is assigned to them by the center's management.
• Onboarding, initial training, and support for new staff hired in their department.
• Planning and organization of shifts and vacations for the temporary staff under their charge.
• Proposal to the Center Director of the annual vacation calendar and work shifts for the permanent staff under their charge.
• Planning of floor assignments and communication to nursing assistants.
• Assessment of resident room changes with the rest of the technical team.
• Management of permits and unforeseen absences of the staff under their charge.
• Keeping the Communication Log up to date with the planning of care guidelines to be carried out by the nursing assistants for each resident. Supervision of their compliance.
• Communication with relatives regarding problems that may arise in the basic care of the resident.
