What you'll do

Guarantee efficient and reliable management of the full Personnel Administration cycle, combining technical knowledge, automation, and data analysis to optimize processes, anticipate needs, and evolve towards more agile and scalable management.

End-to-end management and control of the Personnel Administration cycle, ensuring the correct execution and quality of hiring and personnel movement processes (onboarding, offboarding, and variations), payroll (review, validation, and controls), and absenteeism (sick leave, permits, and absences), guaranteeing their consistency and regulatory compliance.
Specialized technical support and advisory, acting as a point of reference for centers and corporate areas in resolving queries and more complex cases, especially regarding payroll, hiring, tax, Social Security, and absenteeism.
Analysis and interpretation of collective agreements and labor regulations, evaluating their impact on payroll and Personnel Administration processes and ensuring their correct application.
Participation in transformation projects, collaborating in initiatives for digitization, implementation of new tools, and evolution of Personnel Management processes.
