Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Geriatric Care Supervisor into its team for our León Residence.

Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of basic care, guaranteeing that the geriatric care team works according to protocols and quality standards.

Their main responsibilities include:

• Organize shifts, assignments, and workloads.
• Supervise the correct application of protocols.
• Detect training needs and act as a reference for the team.
• Handle incidents related to basic care, hygiene, feeding, and mobilization.
• Support performance evaluation processes.

• Vocational Training (FPGS) in Nursing Assistant Care (formerly Clinical Assistant Technician, Psychiatry Assistant Technician, or Nursing Assistant Technician)
• Vocational Training (FPGS) in Care for People in a Situation of Dependency (formerly Socio-sanitary Care Technician)
• Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions
• At least 2 years of professional practice.
• At least two years of experience in team management.
