We are looking for a Learning & Talent intern for our Madrid offices.

From day one, you will be part of real Learning & Development projects, contributing to training initiatives, talent development, and employee experience, while collaborating with professionals from different areas and acquiring a global vision of how people's growth is driven in a large company.
What you'll do
- Support the team in the design, coordination, and implementation of learning and development initiatives for the organization's people.
- Collaborate in the management of the training catalog, as well as in the monitoring of in-person, virtual, and e-learning training actions.
- Participate in talent development, leadership, onboarding, and continuous learning projects.
- Provide support in the analysis of training indicators, impact evaluations, and metrics related to people development.
