To be our Sales Assistant you must possess these qualities:

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. It may be an advantage if it is a fashion / footwear / Premium brand.
• Ability to work under pressure; our stores get busy and many customers need and require your advice.

Dr. Martens is preparing for this season where sales take center stage. We are looking for salespeople with part-time flexibility to join our team in our Barcelona stores during this period with a contract of 10/16 hours per week.

Our sales assistants are the backbone of our store during the campaign. Without them, we could not provide the Premium service to our customer, which distinguishes us. They embody their passion for Dr. Martens and turn it into an unforgettable sales experience, ensuring that our customers find exactly what they are looking for and leave our stores with a smile and a desire to return. • Use your passion for Dr. Martens to drive sales and meet objectives to help the store reach its goals during this frantic period.
