We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Barcelona store team.

Our Store Managers are characterized by their ability to lead and direct, guiding the team to provide an optimal shopping experience and to achieve established objectives and the growth of Dr. Martens.

• Take responsibility for daily store operations (Coaching, sales analysis, visual, and administration).
• Implement and drive high standards of customer service.
• Achieve KPIs and established objectives.
• Supervise account balances and all controllable store costs (including payroll).
• Ensure that proper product management procedures are followed, including inventories, deliveries, loss prevention, etc.
• Manage and develop the store team.

• Effective teamwork, for the achievement of objectives.
