What we're looking for

Technical experience in equipment maintenance, environmental monitoring, electronics, or related areas.
Technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.
Licenses or certifications: studies in electronics or similar.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with field equipment.
Fluent Spanish and a functional level of English.
Ability to work in a team; dynamic, organized, methodical, and proactive person.
Dynamic profile, with an interest in learning during the training period and the ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

Knowledge or experience in air quality monitoring systems or data validation (highly valued).

The expected base salary range for this position ranges from €18,750 to €25,000. DTN is a performance-based pay organization, which means there is the possibility to increase your compensation over time based on your performance. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on many factors, including, but not limited to: previous work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable legislation. The expected base salary range for hiring is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This position may also be eligible for variable compensation and market-competitive benefits.

The role

The Air Quality Maintenance Technician supports the operation and reliability of air quality monitoring systems, ensuring that equipment is correctly maintained, calibrated, and complies with applicable regulatory standards. Working in close collaboration with technical teams, this position contributes directly to obtaining accurate environmental data that supports customers, regulatory compliance, and environmental decision-making.

What you'll do

Perform maintenance, verification, and calibration of air quality monitoring analyzers and sensors.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues in air quality stations.
Prepare sampling materials and manage the inventory of filters and consumables.
Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
Support data validation activities and ensure compliance with air quality regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with technical teams and provide professional support to the customer when necessary.
