At DXC Spain, we are looking for a Senior COBOL Analyst Programmer to join our great Development team and take part in a major project in the insurance sector.

Requirements:

• Maintenance and evolution of the transactional core.
• Resolution of critical incidents in production.
• Optimization of batch processes and performance.
• Support for integration with Java applications.
• Ensuring business stability and continuity.

• 10 years of previous experience in COBOL / AS-400 / transactional environments.
• Experience in insurance core business (critical systems).
• Participation in modernization and integration processes.
• Experience with DB2, SQL Server, JCL, batch processing, MQ, and core systems troubleshooting.
• High English level: B2+.

En DXC España estamos buscando un/a Analista Programador/a COBOL para unirse a nuestro gran equipo de Desarrollo y participar en un importante proyecto del sector asegurador.

Requisitos:

• Mantenimiento y evolución del core transaccional.
• Resolución de incidencias críticas en producción.
• Optimización de procesos batch y rendimiento.
• Soporte a integración con aplicaciones Java.
• Garantizar estabilidad y continuidad del negocio.

• Experiencia previa de 10 años en desarrollo COBOL / AS-400 / Entornos transaccionales.
• Experiencia en core de negocio en seguros (sistemas críticos).
• Participación en procesos de modernización e integración.
• Experiencia con DB2, SQL Server, JCL, batch processing, MQ y troubleshooting de sistemas core.
• Nivel de inglés alto: B2+.
