  • Coordinate and supervise the change management process, ensuring its correct execution and control.
  • Prepare, organize, and lead CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings.
  • Analyze and evaluate the risks associated with changes and the continuity of critical services.
  • Manage service continuity plans and coordinate disaster recovery tests.
