- Solid experience administering and operating RedHat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes in production (management of clusters, nodes, RBAC, networking, and container security).

- Define and maintain containerization standards and platform governance for development teams.
- Resolve complex platform incidents and optimize cluster performance.
- Act as a technical reference for the client and internal teams, coordinating the team and ensuring the quality of delivery.
