The role
At DXC, we are looking for an Archer Administrator to join our technical support team. We are looking for someone with real experience in RSA Archer administration who feels comfortable working in a structured support environment oriented toward service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for the advanced administration of the Archer platform, managing users, roles, permissions, and libraries, as well as periodic data loads, certificate management, and SSO configuration. You will resolve incidents following defined SLAs, escalating to the manufacturer when necessary, and providing N1/N2 support to both end users and internal teams.
This position is key to ensuring the continuity and quality of the support service, while also contributing to process documentation and the continuous improvement of the area.
