Interns (Career Opportunities)

We are looking for ENGINEERING STUDENTS interested in undertaking internships and entering the working world through external academic placements, collaborating on the following tasks, among others, of the corresponding Departments:

- ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT: Analysis of the documentation of a nuclear project: single-line diagrams, specifications, criteria, layouts

- CIVIL DEPARTMENT: Calculations and designs of foundations. Calculations and designs of steel structures and concrete structures. Collaboration in the design of a plant

- DESIGN DEPARTMENT: Design of Piping and support systems for main equipment of power generation plants. Design of foundations and structures in power generation plants. Conceptual design of solar tower plants, Building Layout, Mechanical Equipment Components.

- INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT: control diagrams of mechanical process systems, process diagrams of mechanical systems, signal lists and instrument lists, wiring diagrams, set point lists.

- MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT: Development of engineering related to the conditioning of technical buildings of power generation plants (Combined Cycles and Solar Thermal Plants. Development of engineering related to detection and extinguishing systems of technical buildings of power generation plants (Combined Cycles and Solar Thermal Plants) and large infrastructure facilities (hospitals and airports) Development of engineering related to mechanical analysis of structures and components using advanced calculation tools (CFD, FEM) Development of engineering related to the design and sizing of the main and auxiliary systems and components of power generation plants.

- SAFETY DEPARTMENT: Radiological calculations, special nuclear training recommended, Master's degree in Nuclear Science and Technology.

It is essential not to have finished your studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering) in order to sign a collaboration agreement with the University.

Grants of 25 to 30 hours per week, on a morning schedule, with a duration adapted to the hours set out in the annex of the agreement with the corresponding University.

Buscamos ESTUDIANTES DE INGENIERÍA interesados/as en realizar practicas y acceder al mundo laboral a través de la realización de prácticas académicas externas, colaborando en la realización, entre otras, de las siguientes tareas de los Departamentos correspondientes:

- DEPARTAMENTO ELÉCTRICO: Análisis de la documentación de un proyecto nuclear: unifilares, especificaciones, criterios, implantaciones

- DEPARTAMENTO CIVIL: Cálculos y proyectos de cimentaciones. Cálculos y proyectos de estructuras metálicas y estructuras de hormigón. Colaboración en el diseño de una central

- DEPARTAMENTO DE DISEÑO: Diseño de Tuberías y soporte de sistemas principales de plantas de generación eléctrica. Diseño de cimentaciones y estructuras en plantas de generación eléctrica. Diseño conceptual de plantas termosolares de Torres, Implantación de Edificios, Componentes Equipos mecánicos.

- DEPARTAMENTO DE INSTRUMENTACIÓN Y CONTROL: diagramas de control de sistemas de proceso mecánico, gráficos de proceso de sistemas mecánicos, listas de señales y de instrumentos, esquema de cableado, listas de set points.

- DEPARTAMENTO MECÁNICO: Desarrollo de la ingeniería relacionada con el acondicionamiento de edificios técnicos de plantas de generación eléctrica (Ciclos Combinados y Plantas Solares Térmicas. Desarrollo de ingeniería relacionada con los sistemas de detección y extinción de edificios técnicos de plantas de generación eléctrica (Ciclos Combinados y Plantas Solares Térmicas) y grandes instalaciones de infraestructuras (hospitales y aeropuertos) Desarrollo de ingeniería relacionada con análisis mecánicos de estructuras y componentes mediante herramientas avanzada de cálculo (CFD, FEM) Desarrollo de la ingeniería relacionada con el diseño y dimensionamiento de los sistemas y componentes principales de los sistemas principales y auxiliares de centrales de generación eléctrica.

- DEPARTAMENTO DE SEGURIDAD: Cálculos radiológicos, especial formación nuclear recomendable Máster en ciencia y tecnología nuclear.

Imprescindible no haber terminado los estudios (Grado o Máster, en Ingeniería) para poder hacer convenio de colaboración con la Universidad.

Becas de 25 a 30 horas semanales, en jornada de mañana, con duración adaptada a las horas marcadas en el anexo del Convenio con la Universidad correspondiente.
