The role

You turn market insight into marketing that moves customers and delivers commercial results.

You're a strategic, commercially minded leader who can connect European priorities with what matters locally. You bring teams, partners and channels together around clear plans, then use evidence to keep improving them.

This is your chance to shape marketing across the Iberia & Focus Cities cluster, building brand consideration and demand while supporting flights priorities in fast-moving, competitive markets.

Reporting to the Head of European Marketing, you'll lead the strategy, planning, prioritisation and delivery of integrated activity across paid, owned and partner channels. You'll manage a local team and remain accountable for market investment, performance and results.

"We're looking for someone who can see the whole picture, from local customer insight and creative relevance to trading performance and return on investment. You'll give the team clear direction, make confident choices and bring partners together to deliver work that makes a measurable difference."

What you'll do

You'll set the market strategy and turn European priorities, local opportunities and trading needs into a focused, integrated plan across paid, owned and partner channels.

You'll make disciplined choices about budgets and resources, working with media investment, CRM, web merchandising, PR and trading teams to improve relevance, conversion and return.

You'll lead locally relevant creative and campaign delivery, build productive relationships with agencies, tourist boards and airports, and use performance evidence to adapt priorities and investment. Alongside delivery, you'll coach your team, delegate clearly and build capability.
