Lead the evolution of our core data platform, the engine powering global financial operations for thousands of businesses. Work directly with modern cloud architectures alongside a high-performing engineering team where open-source principles and continuous learning drive everyday decisions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you'll directly shape Ebury's core data infrastructure, transforming raw data into a reliable, scalable asset for teams worldwide.

You will architect robust, open-source-friendly frameworks and establish data governance that directly fuels our strategic global growth.

Success in this position empowers cross-functional teams to make faster, sharper decisions backed by accessible, high-quality data.

How you'll work

You'll join our Data Platform team in our Madrid office through a hybrid setup (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), where daily collaboration sits at the heart of daily operations.

The engineering culture champions open-source principles, transparent problem-solving, and ongoing skill development through supported training and certifications.
