Pay & benefits

What you'll get

9-hour contract per week at 23%.
It is proposed that these hours be worked over two or three days per week.
The schedule would preferably be in the afternoon (between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM).
SALARY (approx.): €250 (salary according to collective agreement).

The role

At Colegio Kostka – Jesuitas Santander, we are looking for a general maintenance officer whose mission is to ensure the proper condition and operation of the school's facilities and equipment, guaranteeing a safe, clean, and functional environment for the entire educational community.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed are:

Supervision and repair of electrical installations, plumbing, and carpentry.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, furniture, and equipment.
Control of heating and ventilation systems.
Support in event organization (setup and teardown).
Incident management and fault reporting.

Requirements

Availability to cover incidents outside regular working hours
Possibility of taking on shifts during holidays
