School General Maintenance Officer

At Colegio Kostka – Jesuitas Santander, we are looking for a general maintenance officer whose mission is to ensure the proper condition and operation of the school's facilities and equipment, guaranteeing a safe, clean, and functional environment for the entire educational community.

The duties to be performed are:

• Supervision and repair of electrical installations, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, furniture, and equipment.
• Control of heating and ventilation systems.
• Support in event organization (setup and teardown).
• Incident management and fault reporting.

• 9-hour contract per week at 23%.
• It is proposed that these hours be worked over two or three days per week.
• The schedule would preferably be in the afternoon (between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM).
• SALARY (approx.): €250 (salary according to collective agreement). 

• Availability to cover incidents outside regular working hours
• Possibility of taking on shifts during holidays
• Training in vocational programs for maintenance or technical specialties.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Handling of maintenance tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Basic email management and incident reporting applications.
• Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be positively valued.

En el Colegio Kostka – Jesuitas Santander buscamos un perfil de oficial de mantenimiento general cuya misión es garantizar el adecuado estado y funcionamiento de las instalaciones y equipamientos del colegio, asegurando un entorno seguro, limpio y operativo para toda la comunidad educativa.

Las funciones a desempeñar son:

• Supervisión y reparación de instalaciones eléctricas, fontanería y carpintería.
• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones, mobiliario y equipos.
• Control de sistemas de calefacción y ventilación.
• Apoyo en la organización de eventos (montaje y desmontaje).
• Gestión de incidencias y reporte de averías.

• 9 horas de contrato a la semana 23%.
• Se propone realizar estas horas en dos o tres días a la semana.
• El horario sería, preferentemente, de tarde (entre las 14:00 y las 21:00).
• SALARIO (aprox.): 250 € (salario según convenio). 

• Disponibilidad para cubrir incidencias fuera de horario habitual
• Posibilidad de asumir guardias en vacaciones
• Formación en ciclos formativos de mantenimiento o especialidades técnicas.
• Conocimientos básicos de electricidad, fontanería y carpintería.
• Manejo de herramientas de mantenimiento.
• Capacidad para interpretar planos e instrucciones técnicas.
• Manejo básico de correo electrónico y aplicaciones de reporte de incidencias.
• Se valorará de forma positiva disponer de un certificado de discapacidad igual o superior a un 33%.
