What we're looking for

Minimum qualification of Intermediate Degree in Administrative Management or similar.
Knowledge of office automation (email management, spreadsheets, word processors).
Excellent communication skills, customer service, and organizational ability.

The role

At Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Logroño, we are looking to hire a Receptionist to join our Administration and Services Staff (PAS) team.

What you'll do

In-person and telephone assistance for families, students, and visitors.
Management and control of the dining hall and extracurricular activities (enrollments, registrations, cancellations, etc.).
Access reception and door control.
Reprography functions (laminating documents, binding, etc.).
Support in managing the management and student schedules.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00. Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.

Location: Calle Huesca, 39 in Logroño

Contract type: Replacement Contract

Working day: Full-time (100% / 38 hours per week).

Start date: 01/11/2026

Duration: Until the full retirement of the person being replaced.
