The role

A prominent training academy is looking to hire a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the center, providing excellent service to students, families, and visitors.

What you'll do

Functions:

In-person reception and customer service for students, families, and visitors.
Access control and supervision of proper entry and exit of users.
Phone support and management of inquiries, incidents, and complaints.
Information and guidance about the training offer and available courses.
Management of payments, cash handling, and payment tracking.
Support with administrative tasks and document management.
Closing of the facilities at the end of the day.
