Proven experience in monitoring, observability, and ITSM.

Administration and management of general-purpose monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Centreon, SolarWinds.
Administration and management of ITSM tools (preferably on-premises): JIRA, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Ivanti, BMC.
Administration of observability and visualization tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog.
Administration of UNIX systems and/or SFTP servers.
Main duties and requirements.
Maintenance of IT asset monitoring systems.
Development of new monitoring scripts and functionalities.
Administration of platform users, handling creations, deletions, and password resets for both internal staff and clients.
Administration and maintenance of the JIRA ticketing application, including the management of pre-production environments.
Implementation of proactive and continuous improvements on platforms, based on internal suggestions and evolution proposals.
Participation in the planning and integration of new tools to improve the work of different departments.
Administration and support of the company's FTP application, based on Windows systems.
Administration of the Centreon monitoring tool and management of asset creations, deletions, and modifications upon request.
