In your day-to-day as a Systems Technician, you will be responsible for:
Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure in Windows Server and Linux environments (preferably Red Hat / AlmaLinux).
Management of domain services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies (GPO).
Level 2 and 3 support: resolution of workstation incidents (Windows 10/11) and server troubleshooting.
Administration of virtual environments: configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in virtualization platforms and virtual machines.
Basic network management: diagnosis and resolution of connectivity in TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, and DNS networks.
Autonomous analysis and documentation: following pre-established technical procedures and writing systems documentation.
