We are currently looking for a Travel Agent specializing in the sale of vacation products for our travel agency in Madrid, with a clear orientation toward customer service and the achievement of commercial objectives.

The selected person will join an office with a growing and diverse market, where they will have the opportunity to manage both traditional clients and more exclusive profiles, offering a high-quality, personalized advisory service.

Main duties and requirements.

• Attend to and advise clients in a personalized manner, identifying their needs and proposing the best vacation alternatives.
• Design, quote, and sell tourism products adapted to each client.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, excursions, and other tourism services.
• Perform the search, selection, and closing of bookings through various management systems and tools.
• Manage the necessary documentation for each trip and guarantee the correct formalization of bookings.
• Perform the economic management derived from sales, including collections, invoicing, and administrative follow-up.
• Resolve incidents before, during, and after the trip, guaranteeing an excellent experience for the client.
• Build loyalty and develop the client portfolio through close and personalized service.
• Achieve established commercial objectives and contribute to the growth of the office.
• Stay updated on destinations, market trends, and new tourism products to offer value-added advice.
