Lead the Content Commerce team, ensuring that the commercial content of our categories adds value for the customer, strengthens brand positioning, and contributes to business growth.

You will be responsible for coordinating the evolution of content within the eCommerce channel, translating campaigns and organizational content into a digital experience that is attractive, inspiring, and conversion-oriented.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

  • Lead and develop a team of Content Commerce Managers.
  • Define and coordinate the commercial content strategy for the different eCommerce categories.
  • Adapt corporate campaigns to the digital environment, ensuring an experience aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive different content formats such as commercial landing pages, editorial content, buying guides, enriched content, UGC, ratings, and reviews.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate content creation together with the Content Design, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Social Media, and Production teams.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience and increase conversion.
  • Define, analyze, and monitor the main KPIs of the area (traffic, engagement, conversion, attributed sales, and revenue).
  • Prepare reports and present results to different levels of the organization.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
