You will join the creative department to actively participate in the design and development of collections aligned with the brand's identity and DNA. The role aims to transform ideas and trends into viable, commercial, and coherent proposals, adding value each season. You will work closely with different teams to ensure the quality, consistency, and differentiation of the products. Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

Analyze fashion trends and study the market and competition to identify design and innovation opportunities
Propose new lines, collections, and creative concepts aligned with the brand's DNA and strategy
Design detailed sketches and develop garment prototypes using design tools
Create clear technical specifications that facilitate the correct interpretation of designs by production and suppliers
Collaborate closely with the production department to ensure the feasibility of designs and compliance with quality standards
Monitor the manufacturing process and propose adjustments when necessary
Work in a coordinated manner with the purchasing team
