Junior AI Designer

• Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or similar.
• Minimum 1 year of experience. But, honestly, your portfolio is what matters most! We want to see what you can do.
• You consume social media daily, you understand the native language of platforms, and you know which formats work best.
• You don't need to be a "Prompt Engineer," but you do need demonstrable experience with AI and a lot of curiosity to integrate it (Magnific AI, etc.) into your workflow to be more agile in execution.
• Agile handling of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• You are a meticulous person when it comes to finalizing artwork and exporting pieces.
• We are looking for someone with attitude, who asks questions, who proposes ideas, and who wants to absorb knowledge from the team.
• You have an inquisitive mind and you are not afraid to propose ideas.
• You are capable of surfing between several tasks without losing your nerves (or your pixels).

At We Are Social Madrid, we are looking for a Junior Designer with experience in AI. Someone who speaks meme fluently, is eager to design in a social-first environment, and sees Artificial Intelligence as their best ally in the day-to-day.

• You will design the daily content, formats, and activations for our clients' editorial plans.
• You will use AI tools (such as Magnific AI) to streamline graphic production. You will rely on them to generate assets, perform upscaling, extend backgrounds, or create mockups, always adding your final touch afterwards.
• You will be in charge of the complete production of video and static pieces, ensuring they come out clean, error-free, in the correct formats, and ready to publish.
• You will apply clients' style guides and visual identity in real and dynamic environments.
• You will provide support to creatives and art directors in ideation, execution, and the finest visual finishing of campaigns.
