We are looking to hire a Women's Fashion Merchandiser, who will support the Merchandising team in the planning, monitoring, and analysis of the category. What you'll do
- Provide support to the Merchandising team in the monitoring and analysis of the Women's Fashion category.
- Collaborate in the planning of seasonal sales and purchases, as well as in the preparation of forecasts.
- Analyze sales, stock, and key commercial indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the management of Open To Buy (OTB), purchasing budgets, and order tracking.
- Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of assortment and product needs per store.
- Participate in the monitoring of commercial objectives and in the preparation of reports for decision-making.
- Provide support in the planning and monitoring of promotions, commercial campaigns, and sale periods.
