2. Health surveillance, through the application of standardized protocols, in a systematic and planned manner, with the aim of detecting early health damage that may be caused by working conditions and health conditions that may be aggravated by them. Avoid assigning tasks that are incompatible with the person's health status.
3. Coordination with the technical area of the Prevention Service to learn about job positions, risk factors, and their effects on health.
4. Health promotion: campaigns and programs on healthy habits that boost employees' personal health resources.
5. Clinical consultations, distinguishing the possible occupational origin of the harm (work accident or occupational disease) from a common contingency.
6. Inform the company about the need to adopt preventive measures and the type of measures to be adopted. In particular, promote the adaptations needed in the workplace in cases of special sensitivity to working conditions, regardless of the origin of that special sensitivity. Adapt the work to the person.
7. Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary.
