You will join as a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation project in planning and multi-category merchandising, driven by the implementation of a SaaS digital solution.

Your mission will be to analyze the business reality, co-design the best solution with the teams, and lead its implementation from start to finish, ensuring alignment, adoption, and real impact on the organization. Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

- Lead and manage project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and impact

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (dailys, sprint reviews, retrospectives)

- Coordinate and execute the testing plan (UAT), validation, and go-live

- Manage communication with stakeholders through follow-ups, reports, and presentations to committees

- Support change management, ensuring solution adoption across the organization

Requirements

- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar (MBA or postgraduate degree valued)

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, project management, or planning/merchandising roles in retail

- Experience leading transformation projects and implementing SaaS solutions

- Knowledge of retail processes: demand planning, purchasing, inventory, pricing, and promotions

- Experience with IBP, S&OP, or S&OE methodologies

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience in Agile environments

- English level B2 (fluent)

- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Jira, or Asana

- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to the work environment

- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and results orientation

- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
