The role

What you'll do

The person joining will be in charge of the following tasks on site:

Supervision of work and preventive resource duties, ensuring safety in the work environment.

Operational support in the assembly of precast concrete and FRP structures.

Providing direct support to the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the project.

Reviewing on-site measurements.

Anticipating operational issues and working to minimise execution deadlines.

Identifying needs and proposing suitable construction solutions.

Direct support in the organisation of work, coordinating both in-house and subcontractor staff.

Requirements

Experience: Profile with experience in engineering works, building or industrial assembly (experience in precast concrete or similar installations highly valued).

H&S training: Hold the required certified course to act as a Preventive Resource on site (Basic Level of 60 hours in Construction or Metal).

Mobility (Essential): Full availability to travel during the week according to the needs of the different projects.

Skills: Proactive, organised person with technical leadership skills and the ability to resolve issues on site.
