Telephone Manager (Sales)

From Micofer by Empatif, we are selecting TELEPHONE MANAGERS for the commercial department of an important company in the telecommunications sector located in A Coruña city.

Functions:

• Making calls to expand the products of the client portfolio.
• Client loyalty and retention.
• Commercial follow-up.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience.
• Native-level Galician.
• Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer management tools.
• Positive attitude and customer orientation.

• Joining the department after unpaid initial training starting on 21/04/2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Desde Micofer by Empatif seleccionamos GESTORES TELÉFONICOS para departamento comercial de importante empresa del sector telecomunicaciones ubicada en A Coruña ciudad.

Funciones:

• Emisión de llamadas para ampliar los productos contratados de la cartera de clientes.
• Fidelización y retención de clientes.
• Seguimiento comercial.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en ventas.
• Nivel bilingüe de gallego.
• Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde.
• Conocimientos básicos de informática y manejo de herramientas de gestión de clientes.
• Actitud positiva y orientación al cliente.

Se ofrece:

• Incorporación al departamento tras una formación inicial NO remunerada que inicia el 21/04/2026 en horario de 9:00h a 15:00h.
• Estabilidad laboral, contratación futura directamente por empresa en función del desempeño.
• Inicio de proyecto comercial estable (no consiste en captación de nuevos clientes, sino en ampliación de productos a clientes ya fidelizados)
