The functions are:

- Collecting, purifying, and pouring waste for its separation from the rest of the meat elements

- Butchering and cutting of the meat

- Slicing of the product

- Packaging of the product

Shift:

- Morning

Salary:

12.45 gross/h. Approximately 1800 net per month.
