Knowing how to operate the overlock machine (it is the machine through which the fabric passes and one must be very attentive to all the parameters each fabric has; it is cleaned with solvent every time a production run ends): The person must know how to multitask and must be quick to react if the machine fails. And they must also have strength since when the fabric bobbin is changed it is heavy, and it is done manually by two people.
It would be for working the graveyard shift or a fixed night shift.
