The role

What you'll do

Support in the preparation and cooking of hot and cold dishes.
Preparation of ingredients and mise en place.
Plating and assembling dishes, buffets, catering, and events.
Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the work area.
Complying with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
