Initial assessment and monitoring of the health status of the residents.
Performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, and following up on chronic pathologies.
Recording and updating clinical information in the residence's systems.
Early detection of changes in health status and activation of action protocols.
Communication with relatives regarding health status when necessary.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols of the center.
