Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, taking messy raw data through to a clear insight and a recommendation. Experience embedded in a business function is even better.

  • A real love of data. This is your craft, and you enjoy making it clean and useful. You don't need HR or people data experience - data is data. What matters is that the mix appeals to you: proper data work, alongside building things for the people around you.

  • Strong BI experience with ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik. You've built dashboards people genuinely use, and you understand system connections.

  • A product mindset. You see data as something that drives decisions and proves impact.

  • Fluency with AI. It's already part of how you work, and you've built and shipped things using AI.

  • The confidence to push back with evidence, kindly. We want someone who will tell us when the data doesn't support what we're planning.

  • Comfort with a role that isn't fully defined yet. This role will look different in a year, and you'll have a big say in how it develops.

  • Discretion. People's data is sensitive and we're a regulated fintech.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • High autonomy & ownership: We give you the freedom to own your work and trust you to make the best decisions for your projects.

  • Top-tier talent: Join a team of industry experts and highly skilled professionals who are as passionate as you are about innovation.

  • Unlimited growth potential: We support your ambition with plenty of room for personal and professional growth within the company.

  • Flexible, remote work: Work from anywhere up to 30 days, in an environment that values flexibility and work-life balance.

  • A supportive culture: You'll be part of a team that encourages, motivates, and celebrates success together.

Comprehensive benefits package: We take care of our people with great benefits to match the value you bring.

  • We value the input of every employee and want you to tap into the growth we build together. That's why our salaries are competitive and reassessed regularly, and you have access to an employee stock option program.

  • Depending on location, additional benefits can include healthcare, pension, phone support, lunch, wellbeing and insurance benefits.

The role

  • At Enfuce, we're on a mission to reshape the future of payments. We're building the most sustainable and scalable issuer processing platform in Europe, and our people are the foundation of that.

  • This role sits in our People Team and reports to our Chief People Officer. We build our people experience the same way you'd build a product. We look at what people actually need, we build it, we measure it and we improve it. To do that well we need good data, and right now ours needs work. That's where you come in.

  • You'll take our people data from where it is today to something we can genuinely rely on: clean, structured, and connected properly into Enfuce's central data platform. From there you'll turn it into the insights that shape what we build next, and the evidence that tells us whether it worked.

  • The role will evolve over time. To begin with it's roughly 90% foundation work, getting our data into shape. Once that's solid, more of your time will go into feeding real data into the agents and AI-powered people products we're building. It's a data role the whole way through, the focus just shifts as we go.

  • You won't be doing this on your own. You'll work day to day with the People Team, and you'll be connected to our central Data & AI team for platform, standards and your own development. You'll also work closely with our People Product Lead, who builds our People Products and AI automations and will rely on your data to do it.

What you'll do

  • Build a data foundation we can trust. Get our people data clean and reliable, own the quality across our systems, and move our reporting to ThoughtSpot together with the central Data & AI team. Very few People teams have ever done this properly.

  • Turn data into direction. Dig into where we lose time, what causes friction, and what really drives engagement and retention. Bring us ideas that come out of what you've found, and give our leaders something they can act on.

  • Connect people's data to the business. Linked up with Finance it makes headcount planning and forecasting much sharper. Built into our leading and lagging indicators, it shows how our people connect to what the business is trying to achieve.

  • Prove what we build works. Set the success measures before we build something, then go back afterwards and check whether it was delivered. We'd rather find out quickly and change course than be right slowly.

  • Power the AI builds. Work with the People Product Lead on agents, automations and AI-powered people products. You'll build the data layer they run on and measure what they're worth. This part of the role grows as we go.

How you'll work

  • We offer a flexible paid time off policy, providing up to 5 weeks of annual vacation days and paid family leave, subject to country regulations. Additionally, you can benefit from hybrid or remote work options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
