We are currently looking for a Project Manager for the construction of renewable energy projects (Wind / PV / BESS)

To guarantee the correct management of renewable energy projects in the construction phase, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating internal and external resources to meet technical, economic, health and safety, and sustainability objectives; in accordance with industry standards, current regulations, and ENGIE's corporate policies.

What you'll do

  1. To plan and maintain integral control of the project, defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and main milestones.
  2. To direct and coordinate the internal and external project team, guaranteeing effective integration between disciplines (engineering, procurement/logistics, H&S, ESG, quality, construction, and commissioning).
  3. To lead and supervise the execution of the project, ensuring compliance with scope, deadline, cost, quality, safety, and applicable technical and legal regulations.
  4. To control project progress, evaluating risks, contingencies, and deviations, and driving and implementing corrective measures in the face of relevant incidents.
  5. To direct the contractual and administrative framework of the project, verifying contract compliance and processing changes and change orders.
  6. To channel the relationship with stakeholders, convening and coordinating follow-up meetings and promoting effective communication.
  7. To coordinate the obtaining and monitoring of permits and authorizations necessary for the execution of the project, including environmental and construction aspects.
  8. To coordinate commissioning, startup, and energization activities, verifying compliance with requirements up to COD and the associated documentation.
  9. To prepare project documentation and reports (Project Management Plan, construction readiness, KPIs, risks, and reporting), guaranteeing traceability and support for decision-making.
