The role

We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in the execution phase of photovoltaic plants and hybrid installations (PV + BESS and/or other generation technologies) to join a growing team within the renewable energy sector.

What you'll do

Management and technical coordination of photovoltaic and hybrid projects during the execution phase.
Monitoring of detailed engineering and review of technical documentation.
Coordination with EPC contractors, engineering firms, suppliers, and the final client.
Supervision of construction progress and analysis of technical, economic, and scheduling deviations.
Control of contractual milestones, schedules, and budgets.
Management of incidents and proposal of technical solutions.
Review and approval of construction and commissioning deliverables.
Preparation of progress reports for project management.
Support in energization, commissioning, and handover processes to the client.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the execution of photovoltaic or electrical projects.
Solid knowledge of design and construction of photovoltaic plants or electrical projects.
Experience in hybrid projects with energy storage systems (BESS) will be highly valued.
Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and project management tools.
Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.
Intermediate or higher technical English level.
