What we're looking for

You are a hands-on and service-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical issues and maintaining high-quality facility standards.

In addition, you have:

A technical educational background.
3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Experience working with electricity, cooling systems and carpentry.
Basic knowledge of automation and control systems.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

Additional certifications related to electricity, HVAC, maintenance or safety are considered a plus.

Service & Maintenance Technician

Location: El Ejido, Spain
Department: Facilities & Services

What you'll do

As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, facilities and technical installations, contributing to a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment for all colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and installations.
Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions.
Testing and maintaining small electrical equipment according to local regulations.
Managing and monitoring facility systems, including heating and cooling systems, access control, fire alarms and security systems.
Supporting and coordinating external maintenance contractors.
Keeping maintenance activities and interventions properly documented.
Contributing to a healthy and safe working environment.
Participating in facility improvement projects.

How you'll work

Please note that this role may include:

Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Occasional work under time pressure.
Participation in weekend shifts and on-call availability for alarm response.
