Requirements

What we're looking for

-Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in a technical field, Industrial Technical Engineering, Engineering Degree, Building Degree, or equivalent technical training.

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering and maintenance, and technical management of buildings and general services in an industrial environment.

-Design tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or a similar tool. A good level is essential to create 2D and 3D plans, especially for systems and metal structures.

Nice to have

-Technical knowledge: Knowledge of metal structures and technical calculation will be especially valued, including common steel profiles (IPE, IPN, HEA, HEB, HEM, UPN, etc.), welding types, strength of materials, and fatigue concepts.

The role

Do you have experience in the technical management of buildings and general services in an industrial environment? Do you have proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or a similar tool? At Randstad, we are looking for someone like you!

What you'll do

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager:

-Technical management and monitoring of the center's facilities and general services: buildings, metal structures, water networks, auxiliary services, and the industrial environment.

-Planning and monitoring of installation, conditioning, civil maintenance, and industrial painting works.

-Coordination and supervision of external companies: plumbing, carpentry, automatic doors, masonry, machining, metal structures, etc.

-Management and monitoring of technical projects from the initial study through to execution and handover: technical analysis, preparation of plans, request and analysis of quotes, budget monitoring, and supervision of works.

-Preparation, updating, and management of plans and technical documentation for the facilities.

-Participation in technical shutdowns and major maintenance interventions.

-Monitoring compliance with technical conditions, safety regulations, maintenance, and the environment.

-Collaboration with Maintenance and Industrial Management on investments and facility improvements.

-Technical support to the Maintenance area in all matters related to general services and facilities.

How you'll work

-Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30, or eat in 1 hour and leave at 17:30 (minimum 1 hour for lunch).

And Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.
