What we're looking for
Degree or Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in International Trade, Transport and Logistics or similar. Experience in forwarding operations in freight forwarding companies. The role
Carrying out maritime export transport operations for agents and clients, booking management, tracking, documentation, invoicing, and incident resolution Role within the team: Operational management of maritime exports and imports (customer service, bookings, tracking, etc.) Documentary management (transport orders, sending instructions to Customs and Shipping Lines, issuing B/L with and without L/C, etc.) Invoicing management, reviewing supplier invoices and incidents derived from them. Resolution of incidents relating to transport.
