Inside/Outside Sales - Forwarding

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding sector. Knowledge of sea, air, and land transport. Negotiation skills and customer orientation. High level of English (other languages are a plus). Proficiency in CRM tools and Office suite. Availability to conduct commercial visits and develop commercial activity in the central zone. Drive commercial growth through customer acquisition and loyalty, generating new business opportunities in international transport (sea, air, and land) and ensuring quality service in coordination with the operations team. Role within the team: Acquisition and development of new customers. Conducting commercial visits to potential customers and group customers. Management, loyalty, and growth of the assigned portfolio. Preparation and follow-up of air and sea export and import offers. Negotiation with suppliers and logistics partners. Advising customers to find the best solutions for their shipments. Coordination with the operations team to guarantee excellent service. Market analysis, detection of opportunities, and monitoring of the competition. Presentation of development strategies and commercial growth plans.
