As a Materials Planner in our Personal Care division, you will play a key role in connecting suppliers, manufacturing sites, and production plans across Europe.
You will be responsible for anticipating risks, balancing inventory, making planning decisions, and ensuring smooth operations in a constantly changing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with different stakeholders to make things happen.
What you'll do
Material Planning: Monitor and execute material plans to ensure the timely availability of raw materials required for production.
Supplier Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with suppliers, monitor service levels, and proactively manage potential supply risks.
Demand & Forecast Alignment: Share forecasts and planning information with suppliers to support effective supply planning and material availability.
Order Management: Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders and supplier call-offs to meet production requirements.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or excess stock risks, and support actions that balance service and working capital objectives.
Operational Problem Solving: Investigate material shortages, delivery deviations, and planning exceptions, driving timely solutions with relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Data Accuracy: Support process improvement initiatives and maintain accurate planning and procurement master data.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or a related supply chain function within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with SAP, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
