The role

Responsible for controlling the entry and exit of goods and for access control of people at the plant facilities.

What you'll do

Manage warehouse management software (WMS) to execute loading, unloading, and transfers between warehouses.
Ensure compliance and follow up on scheduled orders for finished products, rolls, and auxiliary materials.
Control and issue documentation and information in the system.
Handle customs procedures.
Conduct inventory counts.
Manage material blocking and unblocking.
Manage complaints from customers and suppliers.
Control documentation for plant access.
Coordinate with forklift operators the management of incoming finished products and auxiliary materials.
Monitor and control handling for promotions and campaigns.
Verify the proper functioning of the WMS/SAP system.
Detect and prevent service issues.
Interact with suppliers and customers.
Contribute to achieving the KPIs set for the area.
Train new hires.
